TONY COLN
Lead Instructor
In the 20 years since graduating from the police academy, Tony has served in patrol operations, investigations, and police administration. He is both a U.S.C.C.A. certified instructor and a M.C.O.L.E.S. certified firearms instructor who administers training for civilians, police officers, and federal contractors. Tony is also a defensive tactics instructor, a C.P.R. instructor, a threat pattern recognition and use of force instructor, as well as a situational awareness expert. He holds degrees in Criminal Justice, Criminal Justice Administration, Business Administration and is currently pursuing a MBA degree. Tony is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
BRAD FEISTER
Instructor/Rangemaster
Brad has been in law enforcement for over 11 years and is currently serving as a road patrol sergeant. He is a U.S.C.C.A. and M.C.O.L.E.S certified firearms instructor and is a firearms instructor for his department, where he develops and facilitates training events. Brad is also a current F.T.O. (Field Training Officer) coordinator where he is responsible for evaluating and training new officers on the day-to-day operations of law enforcement activities as well as monitoring the overall program.
Brad holds an Associate degree in Criminal Justice as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Brad also holds many law enforcement-related certifications, with many of those being instructor qualified. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he served 4 years of active duty with a deployment overseas. Brad is also a certified Home Inspector.
GERALD BADGETT
Instructor
Gerald Badgett is a retired Michigan State Police Sergeant with over 27 years of dedicated service. During his career, Gerald spent 15 years on road patrol, serving his community with distinction and earning numerous commendations for his work. He also spent 12 years in homeland security, undercover, and intelligence roles, where he honed his skills in surveillance, investigation, and threat assessment. His unwavering commitment to public safety has earned him the respect of his colleagues and community.
RAEANN LESCOE
Instructor
Rae has been in the emergency services field for 16 years. She has worked in the fire service as an Engineer, and in EMS as an Emergency Medical Technician and Field Training Officer. Rae has also worked as an Emergency Room Technician and a 911 Dispatcher. She currently works as a Medical Examiner Investigator. She is a CPR/AED/First Aid Instructor and also teaches trauma first aid.
